Recently I tried many new things (which I’ll share in a post tomorrow) and one of it is golden milk.
It supposedly helps with sleeping (still under trial in my case) but nonetheless it taste so lovely! Further benefits and details and photo credit are available here.
I made my own version based on a few things I read about it.
I mix honey, turmeric, black pepper, cardamom and cinnamon and I mix it with hot milk.
It’s really relaxing and calming plus it makes my tummy feel full as well.
