There’s a quote by Kenneth Blanchard that hits the nail right on the head when it comes to determining the difference between being interested in something and being committed to seeing it through: “There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
