I admit I’m not a fan of juicing. I’m not sure what the real reason is but I’ve never been a fan. Smoothies are good, juices are, well, they’re good and taste nice and healthy but it’s just not my thing. The below post gives you the benefits and drawbacks of juicing (or don’t necessarily agree with all of those though) and gives some practical tips and a few recipes as well. Enjoy!
