I came across this article a couple of weeks ago and ever since then I’ve been thinking. Yes, it would be a good thing to help stop cancer or other diseases or genetic disorders. But where is the line between making us healthier and designing perfect humans? Did you know that for example blue eyes are a result of genetic disorder? Are we starting a new era in the history of humanity where everyone is healthy and looks immaculate and lives for like 150 years? Is it just for the financially advanced while creating a thriving new line of business? Does it mean we’re facing even higher overpopulation then what we currently have?

On the surface it’s a really good thing but I couldn’t help being the devil’s advocate again and thinking of the downside if it… What’s your opinion?
