I started doing Wanderlust’s 21 day yoga challenge a week ago. I’m not up to date with the sessions but the videos are available for 5 days after the initial session. I’m truly sorry for not sharing this before but it’s still not too late to sign up. The poses are usually repetitive and you can catch up with the still available videos. One session is around 20 minutes. Tonight I did 40 minutes and I’ll do the same tomorrow so I’ll be on schedule again. And to be honest I’m struggling a bit…

Cats are helpful as usual, Sylvester showed me the cat pose then he joined Onesie and Columbus to practise sleeping. As sleeping is just as important as good nutrition and hydration.
