As my latest quest and something that seems to be the way forward for me I’m embracing mindfulness or at least I try. I was advised to try Jon Kabat-Zinn’s body scan which I found on YouTube but unfortunately I didn’t find his voice relaxing. However I found another website which has a collection of mindful meditations which are free to download as well:

Hopefully this change I’m going through will help me find my way in this world and will bring me some long desired zen. I’m determined to make this year good and relaxed and so far I’m doing well!
