This week I managed to return to the gym. For the moment I stick to 30 mins running on the crosstrainer + 5mins cool down. Target heartrate for low impact fatburn is 121. Throughout the week I managed to lower the heartrate but I always finished around 140. So I keep working on that. Plan is to run 5k during low impact fatburn programme. From next week I introduce cardio with 149 target heart rate and my target distance is 7.5k.

Plenty to improve so far but
