I had a lovely day in Vienna with my friend today. At first we visited the ancient Roman museum (I write about it tomorrow) then we went to our ‘traditional’ restaurant called Vapiano. They make Italian meals. It’s quick, fairly affordable AND you watch how the whole process is done! It’s really awesome. I had fusilly with pesto and toasted pine nuts and my friend had risotto with Cantelupe melon and para ham (she already had the ham by the time I managed to take a pic…Sorry! )
All tables have fresh basil, rosemary and olive oil.
Then we visited a lovely cafe
And then a fascinating vegan bakery/patisserie called Nom Nom
And we had these amazing cakes:
Worry not, we have also walked 10k during the day
