After months of delay calorie counting finally hits US restaurants


I find it really amazing and it’s a great step to tackle obesity. Once you see your calories displayed you can make more conscious decisions on ordering your food. Daily recommended intake 2000kcal! This helps you maintain your weight but usually does not help weight loss. (Unless you’re eating more than this…)
Healthy life has many other aspects like exercising and nutrition but it’s a great start. I wonder when it happens in the UK. And when we’ll have good deals on healthy food like we have on non-healthy ones…
