Guys, I desperately need your help!
I do the 5k RockSolid challenge next Sunday. It’s 11 days from now.
Until then I have to lose like 30-40 kg (66-88lbs) of weight and become fit and muscular. Any tips how to do it? I’m seriously desperate… like totally freaked out desperate!
Ok-ok, I can get realistic! 25 kg (55 lbs)??!!
Update: alternatively I can offer £17 for kidnapping me next Sunday…
