It seems to be my smoothie motto this week:


I’ll make red smoothies next week and I think they’ll look slightly strange in a think green bottle…
Anyway, today it’s just a handful of spinach, 1 satsuma, 1 mini apple, 1 small banana and a quarter of a grapefruit plus a hint of the magic ingredient: CINNAMON!!!
198 calories which is good but it only makes a bit more than 1 bottle so maybe not that low compared to the others. But it’s very nice and healthy! 🙂
