Today’s smoothie looks like yesterday’s vampire protection one but oh my, what a difference the ingredients make:

A handful of chopped celery, a small handful of kale, small handful of spinach leaves, 2 satsumas, 2 mini apples, a small banana and some avocado to give it a nice texture. I also use water as liquid base

It’s just above 300 kcal and it’s roughly two bottles of what I have on the picture. I think it’s 750 ml or somewhere close to that. Enjoy!
