The 350 calories miracle food!!!

LASAGNE!!!!

I made it last night and I was so surprised when I calculated the calories per portion. It’s amazing. As a vegetarian I didn’t put meat in it but I used a beef mince style soya product which has a lovely taste and texture and it’s got low calories. 250 grams of this mince, a medium size onion, 500 grams passata, 300 grams waitrose essential lasagne verde sheets, for the white sauce rosemary, garlic, 50-60 grams of self raising white flour, and 150 grams of mild grated cheddar on top. That gives you 6, very decent size portions. And it comes to 351 calories! Yay!!! I might just want to live on lasagne from now on!!! Roll on Italian food!
