Today’s post is inspired by one of my closest friend (although she lives the furthest; in Australia ). She’s an amazing person and a great cook. She’s been my friend for like 18 years.
She makes crepes filled with mushroom and cabbage then adds grated cheese and bakes them in the oven. Below is the filling:

Then she made an amazing tuna cream dip (totally jealous not being able to try it!):
And finally the dipper: easy seedy cracker
Vegan. Gluten-free. Grain free. Healthy. No flour used. Sounds ideal!
