9 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Started Running


Runners read it! Beginners definitely. Everything you need to start with from sun protection to socks.

I did my C25K Week 3 session and my 10 minutes yoga session and I felt great. Until Penelope arrived with a live mouse and dropped it in the lounge. She thought it was great fun. I disagreed. I cope well with mice outside but inside the house they freak me out. House is my territory!


Tonight is yoga only with Tara Stiles. Even though I have only done a few sessions I feel less tight and slowly I’m getting my flexibility back. I think yoga is great after running or after any workout to stretch your muscles.
