If hunger is not the problem eating won’t provide the solution.
If you eat a lot so you wouldn’t be hungry during your long walk on the beach then eventually you don’t go for your walk because you ate too much, well, that sucks. Multiple times.
The lessons I learnt today.
I still feel sick. I went for a walk hoping that would help and I planned to take a longer walk but I’m still so full that moving doesn’t help at all. Maybe it helps in the longer term (an hour) but the immediate reaction is bad…
I definitely have to develop a mindful eating habit or sensible eating…

At least I had a nice half an hour in the sun and now I’m back in with this lovely.
