You can imagine last night I wasn’t in the mood to do anything but this morning :


Yep! And I plan to do another in the evening as well. That will be a light one keeping the tension on 1 and 2. This morning I was on 2-4. 4 killed me a little bit but it was so cool!
Then I had a great lunch, beans,  cheese on toast and a fried egg. Protein! Lots of protein. Although I have to learn more about timing my meals because I was shaking after my workout…
