A smoothie to kick in my morning:
Half an apple
Half a kiwi
One tangerine/clementine/satsuma/mandarin/you know, the small orange like fruit

I just can’t be ill this week. It’s our busiest week in the month…
Plus my breakfast bagel has some yummy things:
Tomato, cucumber, spinach leaves, pepper and avocado

Now I just have to survive the day…
