Have some onion (half of a medium onion) and garlic roasted in a saucepan on a little olive oil. Then add a tablespoon of flour and some real paprika powder. Mix it with water and stir until it becomes a medium thick sauce. Then add potatoes (450 grams sliced in cubes), sliced carrots (4 baby carrots), two handful of sliced celery, two handful of curly kale leaves, a handful of sliced romano pepper. Add salt and pepper. Cook it until the potatoes are well cooked. And your daily supertasty, chunky vegetable soup is done. The above amounts are for 3 portions, each around 200 kcal. Enjoy!
