I’m not saying I’m the fastest weight loss diet but it’s definitely going down.
Thank you Tara Stiles for the great diet and lifestyle ideas and all my friends for the support. Yoga and running (walking) works.
So, I keep sticking to it, trying to be better at workouts and hopefully a month later it will be even better.
The motivation I needed this morning 🙂
