Baking: done (yummy crispy kale)
Evening yoga: done
Crashing into bed: totally done


I’m actually really proud because I’m on week 1 level in C25 programme and I was worried I wouldn’t be ready to move on to week 2 level next week but today I ran well and it feels good. And achy. I’ll have a sore body tomorrow. Yikes
