I’ve heard about the squat challenge and the results it can do to your legs and bum so I decided to start doing it. Well, just looking at it pretty much scared me so I start doing my own challenge (it’ll be a challenge for me, that’s for sure).
I think it’s easy enough to follow and I hope it still makes some changes however it won’t be as magnificient as the ones on the real challenge.
Still, in the rest of the month I’ll do 1620 squats, starting today. I broke it down to smaller sections and I’d take a minute break between these sessions but I’d do the whole one if I can. At the moment I don’t think I can do that but I might prove better than I estimate. Obviously I won’t stop my running and walking sessions either. I think I try to do a challenge every month and I already know what it’ll be in October.
But, let’s see the plan for September:
There are ‘lighter’ days during the process as well but no rest days.
I think I’ll change the style of squat I’ll be doing after a while or I try different styles as well. I found some videos on youtube what the different squat techniques are so I think I can actually move more muscles with these mixed styles.
Keep your fingers crossed for my challenge and do it with me if you fancy!
Have a great afternoon/morning/evening/night!
