1 banana – 100 kcal
150 grams strawberries – 42 kcal
plus I added some water as well, so I ended up having cca 0.7l fresh smoothie with TTL calories of 412. it’s quite a lot to be honest but it contains a lot of vitamin, anti-oxidant, anything else and it keeps me going for a while. I’m off to the hairdresser now and then do the weekly grocery shopping.
